Our Ann Arbor car accident lawyers are reporting a hit and run that took place on June 3rd at a Ypsilanti bus stop on Huron River Drive. Ann Arbor medical malpractice lawyer Lawrence J. Buckfire recently filed a lawsuit against the Veterans Administration Hospital in Ann Arbor. The suit was filed on behalf of a veteran who suffered serious and permanent injuries due to negligent medical treatment at the hospital. The patient was given a contrast during a testing procedure which caused him to code and go into cardiac arrest. He suffered both physical and neurological injuries as a result of this complication.

The suit alleges that the hospital and treating physicians should have taken more precautionary measures to prevent serious injury or harm during this procedure.
