$175,000 Settlement for a 44 year old woman who was attacked by two dogs in her backyard that were owned by her neighbor. She suffered scars to her upper arm and back during the dog attack. She also suffered nerve damage to her arm.

$150,000 Settlement for a seventy-six year old woman who was knocked down and attacked by a dog on a public street.  She suffered a fractured vertebrae due to being knocked down but did not require surgery.  The case settled just days before the jury trial was scheduled.

$150,000 Settlement for a young girl who suffered a severe laceration to her face and nose due to a dog bite at a relative’s home.

$122,000 Settlement for a woman who was bitten in the face by a dog. In addition to facial scarring, she sustained injuries to her teeth and braces. The dog owners denied responsibility and claimed that the client provoked the dog.
